Title: Bagged a Fatty in MN, and Some Tactacam Advice
Post by: notsure on April 18, 2019, 02:56:55 PM
So, another MN Spring turkey season's in the books. I managed to score on a fat gobbler weighing in at 23.65 pounds. Heavy Hitters aren't uncommon in SE MN, but given the brutal Winter we experienced, I was a bit taken aback when I placed him on the scale. One more thing: This hunt was the first time I used a Tactacam video camera. The video turned out great with one glaring exception; I forgot to keep pointing the gun down range AFTER the shot! You must mentally remind yourself that the gun is the camera and the camera is the gun! Well, I still have WI Season C to try again.
