Well here is what I got from a 3.5 Mag Blend with an identical setup to yours. 1st pic 20 yd note that pattern literally cuts head off target). 2nd pic is 40 yd, not as dense but I think I counted 213 pellets in 10 inch pattern. In any case its a nice spread and helped me kill a bird at around 45 yds this year. Hope yours suits you. Good luck.

almost same thing, 3in-2oz 5,6,7 magblend out of my 870 express with .665 jellyhead puts 70-90 in 10" at 50yds.. dont have a 40# I pattern at 25 and 50. anything inside 50 I consider a dead bird.

Havent shot the blend yet at a turkey, crushed one at 33 with the 7's but my next one will be with the blends. well actually my wife is up next on friday and she'll be loaded with the blends.

100 in 10" should be absolute minimum for a killing pattern.  Even then there would be a certain amount of doubt to the shot.  Take a good, honest look at a pattern of 100 and you will see gaps that will miss the vitals.  Hitting anything in the head besides bone is a wounded turkey.  All bets are off for body shots.  Coyote bait.
I get 140 - 150 at 40 yards from 11-87 3.5-2.25-5,6,7 with 23" barrel JH .665

100 in 10" is the gold standard not absolute minimum IMO, I set my limitations and keep well within them and have never missed or wounded a bird yet, granted i havent been hunting any where near as long as some people around here and missing.

most ammo manufactures state that 5 pellets in the head and neck are the standard for clean kills, to me thats way too low although I know guys that pattern my that. I personally take 20-30 "hits" and as long as there aren't huge gaps in the pattern Im satisfied and will hunt with a clean conscience about shots at that distance
