anyone have experience with 'Enticer' pot calls made by Al Holbert? Six or eight models ; various surfaces; woods, and strikers. Several sound good on video, but would appreciate opinions from users.
I doubt you will hear anyone say anything bad about his calls. They will kill turkeys and may be the best waterproof option out there.
I have one of his waterproof calls and it is great.
Can only agree with what the other guys have said. Got my aluminum originally as a wet weather call and would still use it as such for sure. Now, I`m not so sure I won`t be using it in dry weather as well. Different, higher pitched than my Crystal Mistress.
Have owned, or own, several of his calls, strikers, and pot covers. All have been very good and he's a good guy to do business with. As others have said, when it's wet out his calls can't be beat.
bwromine,
I currently run Al's timeless thunder in maple and wet one. To my ear these calls are true imitators and kill birds. Posted another response for someone else asking the same. His site is amazing, as he has demos and sound files for each call. Currently making room for more of his pots and an Appalachian edge might be in my future. I don't think you'll be disappointed with any of his work!!

The Appalachian Edge slate has been a killer for me.
Great calls
I own a couple of his calls, and they are great! I also really like his wet wonder waterproof call.
I have a silver thunder extreme and I use it often.... bought it for wet weather and it worked well enough to use it whenever.
I only own one of his calls but it's a good one.

I have 5 of Al's calls. The aluminum side of the Silver Thunder Extreme can get quite loud when you need it. Flip it over and play the corian back side for nice soft calls. Great call and it has brought in birds from very far away. Very versatile call!!
I've got a Silver Fox aluminum and a corian aluminum, both killer calls.Great guy that makes meat calls!
I have the Sidekick.....fantastic call maker.
