Used the model 12 and the reproduction Gibson call.
Very nice!
I have a Model 12 30" Full that shoots quite well with 1.5 ounce 6's.
I think sometimes we forget these old guns can still kill turkeys!
Congrats!

I like them old guns.congratulations
Awesome man. I've got a small drive in me this year to take an old wingmaster 16 ga. It's killed everything I've shot at so far but haven't tried on turkeys yet. Maybe this is the year. Glad to see that relic in the woods. Winchester would've been lightyears ahead to have never stopped making that gun.

Thanks fellers. It was a blast.
The best pump shotgun ever made. Mine is 1959 vintage. Congratulations on bagging your bird with one. I plan to do the same with mine at some point.
I have the same gun. First shotgun I ever used. Congratulations

That seasoned model 12 catches my eye as much s the Tom. Congrats!
I shot my first ever spring gobbler with an old model 12 Trap gun. Brings back memories.
Three seasons ago I used the 12 gauge nickel steel Model 12 I'd inherited from my grandfather to take a nice gobbler on opening day. The 20 yard shot with 2 3/4" #6 shot anchored him and I was back at the house in time for breakfast.
That's honestly a kickass photo!
