Title: Has anyone heard of Vanhelden game calls?
Post by: mtns2hunt on March 25, 2019, 09:30:55 PM
Has anyone heard of Vanhelden game calls? Found his site while reading old posts on this forum. he has a bit of everything:
Pots, box calls, trumpets and a great do it yourself page. I really like the look of one of his box calls and was wondering how they sound. His pots appear way to fancy for me. LOL

He also has free turkey targets. Well worth a look and I would appreciate any feedback.

Negative, but they do have some craftsmanship for sure.

Sorry, I have been off for sometime.  Life has made building turkey calls a lower priority lately, I still play around in the shop time to time.

Any questions ask away.

I only build a few a year and it takes close to a year to take delivery.

Box calls I do not sell at this time because I am still learning the tricks and I have not been able to consistently hold a sound I like.

Targets and DIY projection the website is free for the using. If you want to build a call I am happy to share what I know.
