Are you running an optic? If so what I your set up? I just put an aim tech saddle mount on mine and dont have it screwed to tight to bind up the action but I'm still having issues with the gun cycling. I never shot it without the mount, so I dont know what's to blame. My other 1187, slug gun, had feed issues of shells not coming out of the mag tube. Had to have that tweaked by a remington repair center. They have had several guns in for repair with the same issue. I wondering if my new 1187 compact has the same issue.  I have shot 25 rounds of 1oz field loads through it it Hope's it would break in but it hasn't. Seems be more common on the 3 shell not feeding.
