Title: First gobbles in CT

I figured it would be yesterday it was 64' but windy. Went out this morning and gobbles right on schedule. Do this every year don't want to jinx myself so here goes.  3/14/06 ,  3/11/07, 3/16/08 , 3/19/09 , 3/17/10 ,3/13/11 , 3/11/12 , 3/24/13 , 3/22/14 , 3/8/15 , 3/11/16 , 3/31/17 , 3/11/18 , 3/16/19. What's it mean? Don't know for sure but I love it

Interesting log You have kept. If you haven't  already done this, - It would be nice to look at the weather reports for the corresponding week with each date you recorded  the gobbling activity. There are records that exists.

I was out walking the dog on the morning of March 2nd and they were gobbling like crazy that morning down by me in SE CT. No were close to places I could hunt but it still got me excited to hear them sounding off.   Been out a lot of mornings since with the dog havn't heard them again.
