I agree. The Cody 2 sounds great at a reasonable price. I have not tried their more expensive models.
Yes
One of the only commercial calls I use and killed my last bird with it.
Love my Cody. Wouldn't think twice about buying another.
Second best bang for your buck on the market.....
Using Cody products since 1989-1990..

Yes. And the more expensive ones live up to the pricetag imo

What's the difference in the really high dollar ones
The way, they are made...
Most importantly is the realism of the sounds from the calls in the woods.

Can't go wrong, I have a few :) they are killers!
My favorite is my World Class Slate (I have had for 20+ years) and recently a SPEC1 Legend Slate.
My vote
MK M GOBL
I have heard and played a few, (Pot calls) I think they sound good but also think there are makers here that make pots that sound every bit as good for the same price or less in some cases.
Yes they are.
Thanks for the input
Oh yea well worth the money, love my woodsman DD slate. I really dont think Cody gets enough credit, they've been making really good calls for a long time. Turkey calls is all they do. My call has been worth its weight in gold, as far as killing turkeys is concerned.
I've had a World Class for 16 or 17 years and I won't sell it or trade it, great killer call.
I think so
Agreed, love mine
I bought a World class slate from Bill the first time I heard it for $25. Had never heard of Cody Turkey calls or Bill Zearing before that. I knew enough to get him to sign it and date it, then I hunted it for years. No telling how many gobblers died to that call, but it was a bunch. It's "retired" now.
Yes!

Well worth the money in his Cody ll . woodsman is higher price and may be slightly better . as for the world class calls there isn't a big sound difference in them verses the Cody ll and woodsman , but when you factor in the confidence of having the best a call maker makes it is an undeniable advantage if only in your own mind .
