Hey guys I have a nomad vest and I just recently found some claw slings on amazon very cheap. I think I give 12-15 bucks for the slings. I just dropped it off with a lady in town and she's going to sew them in for me (I can sew but I wanted a pro lol) pics to come. It will be similar to the Dixon straps hopefully but I'll be able to adjust them. Pics will come when I get it back! Anyone else done that?
I saw one for sale this week on the interwebs for $75. Claw straps were like the Dixon non-adjustable . Not sure how adjustable they will be do to the pad length of the sling. Someone did a good job sewing them on. They sewed in a square just inside the edges of the strap and then sewed from corner to corner in a X. Looked like they took the chest buckle from the original shoulder straps and sewed it to the pot call pouch to replace the button.
