Well fellas. I'm going on a little family trip to a cabin on a lake near here this eve thruSunday morning.
My buddy and I are then leaving mid day Sunday, heading for Missouri. We'll be hunting there Monday morning through Wednesday. Wednesday evening we will make the 4 1/2 hour drive over to our spot in Kansas and hunt Thursday through Saturday. Hopefully we can bring back a few feathers.
We've been to the same place in Missouri for 6 years now, and it has been good to us. We've only been to the Kansas spot once before, two years ago. We made this same exact trip 2 years ago, except it was 3 of us, and after 6 days, we brought this home...

We are hoping for a repeat, except with 2 full limits instead of 3, of course!
I'll be back 5/8, and i'll try to update this thread if i have enough cell service. I should at least be able to text Stephan, Ronnie, and Chris and give them kill reports.
Good luck to everyone still in the woods!
Man I wish I was going with you!!! Good luck on your trip, I hope all the gobblers fall in LOVE :love5: with the story you are telling them!
I love those thick Missouri beards!! Kill a couple of double bearded 25+ pounders!!
GEEZ!!! Where abouts in Missouri are ya gonna be?
Good luck Quinn. Use some southern charm on those midwest birds!
Good luck Quinn. May there be many sharp spurs and long beards on your trip.

A Mizzouri Monsta died this morning. I killed my highest scoring turkey of my career.
24 pounds, 1 1/2" spurs on both legs, and a 11 5/8" beard. He should end up scoring 77 and some change!

Appreciate it, fellas. I'll try to get some pics up tonight. Also, I broke some of my "power hair" out of my beard, and only got 11" in the pics for the contest. Final score will be 76.
This 1:00 hunt stopping time in mizzou isn't too bad. Nap time! ;D

Got to punch my final Missouri tag this morning on a plump 2 yr old. My buddy is hunting in the morn, then we are heading to Kansas.
My buddy managed to wack a fine 3 yr old this morning in Missouri. We are now en route to Kansas. May make a flash hunt this eve, then hunting Friday and Saturday. I'll try to update y'all if anything cooperates.
