Little Big Horn Epeard's Turkey Lounge, NEW with Tags, Realtree Advantage Timber Pattern, this vest does NOT have the upper part of the frame, apparently , it was removed. The lower part is in place. I have read about many people replacing the upper part with their own fabrication. Should not be hard; but that is full disclosure. Or; use as is.
