Well all I hit the woods again yesterday. Get to my listening spot start to listen but nothing. Then my stomach started to rummble so I made a quick dash in to the woods and releave my self. Then all of the sudden birds started gobbling. I couldnt get my pants done up quick enough lol. I got to the road grab my stuff and start to make plans on my move. There was two birds gobbling along a river so I kinda new how they would travel up the river so I made my way around them. I finally get set up where I belive they would travel through. I hear one bird gobble and he had flown across the river. The second gobbled and he was about 125 yrds in front of me. For a minute I thought I was in good shape but to my 8 oclock I hear hens carring on and working their way to him. And that was the last I heard of him. While sitting there for awhile I decided to take a peak of where they were and I totally forgot about the flat along side of the river. Thats where I should of been and thats where I will be my next day off.
Right on - keep after them! :)
