If your shooting a 2.25 oz load, I'd guess slightly north of 350

I'm using one in a Sx3 with the Invector plus barrel and hit 380 to 400 with every shot with my handloaded 2oz. #9. It was to tight so I opened it up to  .690 and shoot 310 in the 10" and 275-280 in the 20"

Without any kind of optic it was just too tight.

I shoot a 665 IC out a Winchester SX4.. 2.5 oz #9 is putting in the high 490`s . low 500`s consistently

With 2.5oz of #9s I got 550/260. Opened it up to a .675 for 500/300.
