Title: Front sight fiber optic help!
Post by: RiverRoost on February 12, 2019, 11:38:10 PM
I've got a SX3 longbeard edition with the rifle sights from the factory. The front fiber optic is like a .19 on a bow sight, at 40 yards it will basically fully cover a turkeys head and neck and almost block your aiming. Is there a way to replace that fiber optic end with a smaller diameter fiber optic? I know that a red dot Fast Fire 3 would be the perfect dot picture if I went with a red dot

If you have a vent rib barrel I know Hi-Viz have ones that go on with a magnet, have had one on my gun since the late 90's

The gun already has front and rear sights made onto the rib. The front fiber optic is just basically too big for my liking

Maybe change the sights........?? Your going to need something super fine not to cover a turkey head a 40, there may be nothing that fine on the market.
