That's interesting , never knew Lynch made one of those. Birmingham so it's early and I would guess by the lack of response there probably isn't a lot of those around.
I have seen them. Not sure of it's value. We used to use one similar with our pen raised quail that we trained english setters and Britainy spaniels. It mimicked a hawk and they would take cover when it whistled. If I had one now, I'd hang on to it.
