Title: West Virginia shutout
Post by: West Augusta on April 26, 2011, 07:01:24 PM
Didn't even hear a gobble this morning. Bumped one off the roost going in, heard one flydown and one yelp. I did see a strutter with 12 to 15 hens at 400 to 500 yards and made a two mile hike around the hollow to get above him but by the time I got there he was gone. I have a better setup planned for friday.

Same has been going on with me bud........I am going to leave my decoys at home this week.
As soon as hens see my decoys they take gobbler away.
