Hello,
I have been newly introduced to both Turkey and also dove hunting. I wish to purchase a 20 gauge pump with three inch chamber for turkey hunting and use 2 3/4 inch shells in Improved cylinder or modified choke for dove hunting off of a refuge.
What is the shortest barrel from the factories for a choke tubed, pump shotgun? I have found it's 26 for Mossberg.
Gene S.
Remington makes a 21" in a 20 guage that shoots 2 3/4 & 3"
They make an 18.5". Midway sells it
If your wanting to turkey hunt and shoot doves and small game , the shortest barrel i would use for all of this is 26 inch barrel.. it will still kill turkeys and anything else you want to do....

That's what I suggested in his other thread. I think someone convinced him different.
