Has anyone used apex 410 shells? I'm trying to find some good turkey loads for my daughter. She is recoil shy, so I was hoping the 410 shells would work well.

Yes , they are fine .. you will need 384. 385 choke etc... for good killing pattern out to 35 yards .... I'm shooting Yildiz over/under with Sumtoy .384 and bottom .387 ....
