Title: A set of Mossy oak Greenleaf remy's
Post by: gobbler74 on April 25, 2011, 10:31:08 PM
Been searching for awhile to locate an 11-87 in the right condition to match my 870 in greenleaf. About a month ago I finally scored one. I still have a few more hard to gets to add to my turkey room.. These are the first 12's remy designated sps-t's. Both 21" barrel 3" chambered guns with the original bottomland slings made in 1994. They arent a super collectable gun just more of a nostalgic time capsule for me.  I love the old patterns..they bring back memories and the beginnings of mossy oak and just plain good times..

I still wear a shirt with that exact pattern while hunting and yesterday, while sitting next to the tree, my daughter said my camo looked aweful.  I told her the turkeys really like it!!!!

I would love to have my guns in that classic pattern.

Nice.  I love that pattern and wish they still made it.  Greenleaf is a great pattern for turkey hunting.  Fall foilage was a good one as well, it really blends into the forest floor.

hate to bring this back up, but these are what guns are supposed to look like IMO.  been looking for a 870 & 11-87 in original bottomland and a 870 & 11-87 in greenleaf for a little while now.  finally found a 11-87 in greenleaf im picking up tuesday.  anybody looking to get rid of any of these or know where one is please let me know
