Post by: Vaturkeyhntr on May 21, 2018, 06:45:17 PM
Just getting back from my first trip out to Nebraska for a few days and it did not disappoint.  Shot 2 Rio's and my first Merriam.  Great way to end the season and already looking forward to next year!!!

Heading up Friday.  Should be there in time to roost a few before dark.  Hoping that some will still be gobbling.

Hope the hatch isn't affected by them being with that many hens. What part of the state you been hunting? I live west of Omaha 20 miles.

Nice looking birds.  That's a state I'd like to hunt in the near future.
