Title: Crappy weather busts pa juniors!

Man... the rain just never stops comin down here in pa! Never heard a bird this a.m. till 9:30! That was just a hen that i had lots of fun firing her up! Any1 else take a younggun out today???

we went out,rain,wind,couldnt hear anything.then about 8am it cleared up some.called in 5 jakes but couldnt put a beard on the closest one.as it went behind a tree a went  to raise my binos and BOOM another boy and his dad was there.he killed one jake and the others took off.not a bad day though we saw about 15 birds and had a good time.

rough hunting yesterday. We heard several birds, most were surrounded by hens and would not play the game. Morning hunt was blown out by a thunderstorm. Hopefully the weather changes for the season opener.

I took my buddy's son. We got to the blind and it started raining. It rained heavy for 4 hours. We had a gobbler going around 10 am but he had plenty of girl friends with him. One good thing was the blind kept us dry.
