Title: PA youth

Took my 7 yo son today. Smoked a double-bearded jake at 25 yds. Called in 5 of em they were gobblin and carryin on. The 1oz #7 hevi reloads out of his 20 ga puts the smack down. Very cold and very wet this morning. He was shivering so bad I thought he would never hit the thing. Even in the blind we got soaked.

thats great,we also had 5 jakes coming but didnt know there were hunters between us and the birds.just as my boy was getting ready to shoot the closest one the other boy shot and they all ran off. the other boy killed a jake. we went over to see it and it was his first so that was pretty cool. my boy was a little upset but thats public land hunting.
