Whats your favorite camo pattern? I'M old school still favor mossy oak forest floor [impossible to find] and obsesssion.
Obsession is hard to beat here in Florida in the spring.
ASAT, or APG for me.
DK Flatwoods in the deep south! It's not as high tech as some of the others, but it works very well everywhere. I've even killed ducks and geese in it in the snow of Pa.

I like M/O Bottomland and Obsession. Usually mix and macth em depending on how green woods are gettin.
MO Obsession and Seclusion 3D in the timber. If I'm hunting open terrain I like Realtree AP but the best camo doesn't work if he sees you moving!
Natural gear is my hands down fav here in Colorado.
For combat: British DPM (Dispersed Pattern Military) camo. about 30yrs ago I traded a OD green m65 field jacket for a SAS Paratrooper smock when I was serving overseas.
For hunting: The old TreBark camo. I know, I'm old school..

I have a British Commando DPM Jacket that I cherish , it was a gift from my father , these jackets are very well made and the pockets are the most functional Ive ever seen-
Other than that my favorite camo is any 3 dimensional item like leafy wear or a ghillie suit. I started using ghillie suits about 20 years ago and when used right they are deadly
Favorite camo would have to be the old mossy oak shadow leaf. It's hard to find anymore but I still got some and love it. Other than that I'd have to go with bottomlands.
My top 3
1. Advantage Timber HD.
2. Realtree AP & APG.
3. MO Obsession and Break-Up
APG and Obsession for spring and early fall, AP for any other time.
I buy what I can get on sale. I dont match at all when I go out. I kill at least 3 birds a year. So I dont think they care what camo you have on. I think just be still and entice them with calling and its history.

Anything Mossy Oak.
Mossy Oak Obsession or Bottomland. I like Break-up pretty good also.
Realtree AP/APG
REALTREE APG
Seclusion 3D
MO Obsession and break up.
TRKYHTR
Mossy Oak Obsession
I like all the Mossy Oak patterns but whatever gets the job done works for me
Being still..............
But I prefer to be still in Natgear SCII. Great little company that doesn't sell hype, it's the real deal.
Natural Gear SC II
Mothwing Spring Mimicry
I'm old school enough that I'm still using Realtree Xtra Brown. I like the way it is asymmetrical and breaks up your outline without becoming one big blotch at a distance. There have been advances in photorealistic detail since, but RTXB still has the best design.
In CA for spring turkey the woods are a riot of green. I like MO Obsession and Advantage MAX-1. I wear RTXB above the waist to blend in with the tree I'm leaning on and MAX-1 pants to blend with the grass and plants on the ground. I also supplement with a few green Sneaky Leaves to create a 3-d effect.

Seems to work, I once had a hen come up close enough that I could have kicked her. I didn't because I figured I couldn't sound more like a lonely hen than she did!
Mix and match different predator patterns. Also love a ghillie.
I was hunting several years ago with some friends in MT and we did the camo test. MO and RT looked like black blobs and would not break up your pattern once you turned around at 30 yards. from 30 on out the pattern was a black blob easy to see. The predator breaks up your profile at all yardages.
Now the ghillie, that is in a league of it's own. I have had turkeys scratching the camo strings laying on the ground, turkeys so close I could move my hand off of the gun and pet them, turkeys walk a foot in front of my gun barrel. All while hunting wide open oak bottoms with no cover, but the tree I'm sitting on.
Mossy oak obsession. For hardwoods hunting
Here in VA, Realtree hardwoods HD and my old MO treestand. Trebark is by far my all time favorite.
Forest Floor.

hardwoods grey for early season
I like Mossy Oak Obsession and Bottomland.
mossy oak obsession without a doubt :you_rock: :you_rock: :you_rock:
i deff love me some realtree. great turkey hunting camo would be the Ol Tom gear, realtree APG. it blends so well in the mid- to late season here in western kentucky. and can't leave out my all time favorite, the realtree Max-4 for waterfowl hunting.
