Title: Advice on volquartsen machined extractor on 870
Post by: Fl strutter on April 19, 2018, 04:58:14 PM
Is this a drop in extractor or do u have to grind it down some? I've read where it has messed up some receivers due to no fitting properly. I installed it for better extraction on 870 and seems to fit perfect but wanted to know if anyone else had experience.

Well they wont work in my gun. Put the extractor in my youth 870 and sometimes it wouldn't let the trigger pull or reset. Put the old extractor back in and ot works like a charm. Returning back to midway.
