Title: More East TN opening weekend success

Had another awesome hunt this morning in the East TN mountains. Started out slow with no birds gobbling on the limb and a few sparse gobbles with most of the birds being henned up. We eventually ran into these two around 1 this afternoon who wanted to play and pulled a double. Although many birds are tight mouthed on the ground right now, we still managed to call in 5 birds this weekend with three of those taking a ride home with us in the truck bed! Both birds weighed right at 20lbs and both had 11.25" beards. My bird had 3/4" spurs and the other had 1" spurs.
