Took a buddy of mine on his first turkey hunt ever this morning and thankfully he got a show! This boy gobbled good on the limb and all the way to the barrel where turkey fever got the best of my buddy at about 12 steps! Lol. I went ahead and cleaned his clock on the follow up shot and pegged #2 on the board for the year! Even after a missed shot I do believe I've sparked a new turkey hunter which was the greatest thing about the entire morning! He loved every single second of it was wanting to go hunt another bird we'd heard immediately after this one hit the ground. I hope the sickness sticks with him forever!
