Title: Sad news....

My nextdoor neighbor Marty Liggins was diagnosed with cancer earlier this year and it's not looking good.  I went by the hospital yesterday eve to deliver their mail and he's getting worse.  The cancer has spread all over his body and the Drs have basically said they can't do anything but give him pain meds to ease his pain.  Marty has written for a few outdoor mags and taken photos for a few as well over the years, so some of you may have heard of him.  He was a big gun guy, so he and I always had something to talk about.  He was is good spirits and gave me a firm hand shake before I left despite his pain.  Marty's mom was in and seemed to be doing ok.  I feel bad for his family as Marty's brother passed away last year due to cancer as well. Please say a prayer for the Liggins family.
