Curious to know how the birds were acting. Responding to calls ok? Gobbler groups busted up?
Seems like things are unfolding a little late this year, but the opener is next week.

Not much gobbling. Not responding to calls real good. There was 2 gobblers and 3 jakes with about 15 hens. Lots of patience and luck got this one.
