My 5 year old had them gobbling. This was the first bird that he could for sure say he heard. All other birds in the past were too far and he don't really know what to listen for on distant gobbles. This gobbler was within 100 yards of us and gobbling like a fool. His crowing needs some more practice but the ol tom didn't seem to mind. I hope he enjoyed the morning as much as I did. I'll be glad when he gets a little older and he can thump one. Wont be long.

Good for him, that's some great stuff to me. I have never had luck crow calling or using a hoot barrel, hope to have his kinda luck this year.
