It's so wet up here, the turkey's are quacking instead of gobbling :z-guntootsmiley: :z-guntootsmiley: :z-guntootsmiley:

We've had a lot of rain but it was pretty this morning. The humidity level was thru the roof though, none of my pot calls would run after being out of my vest for 5 minutes. Birds didn't gobble worth a hoot either, but I did call in about 10 different jakes. Oh well, that's hunting.

Same here, a buddy is hunting this week.....only problem, they are forecasting 5-8" of snow between today and tomorrow.

Do I here you guys complaining of rain?  We got 6" of the white stuff.  All good for me as I have a month before I can hunt.

But my BIL scored this morning dressed in snow camo.  Birds did not gobble much on the roost.  But they gobbled enough on and off to keep tabs on them.  The trio came in full strut to the decoys.

ahh...

Snow this late in the year really brings me down.

We're expecting some snow/rain mix all day today, hopefully no accumulation though.
