Well season B starts tomorrow. My dad and buddy have tags for the 5 day season. We go under a winter weather watch starting today and it goes until Wed night. We are hoping to hunt Wed after work, Thursday, Friday, and Sat. Dad is not a very good hunter and takes the time off relax. My buddy is very new to turkey hunting but willing to walk for a bird. I hope I can call two birds in for them and that the weather gets better. So far, the toms are with large groups of hens so it will be a tough hunt.

Good luck! It ain't pretty out there......
Good luck. It will be tough, but it can be done..Mike :you_rock:
Ground is white here. I actually went out and took my 2 tents down. I'm supposed to take my cousin and uncle out this week. They are driving up from Port Washington. This heavy, wet snow is a tent killer, coupled with the wind. I think we'll sleep in. ;)
My friends joke was to head to Goodwill and buy a white snuggie for camo.
I am telling my dad to bring snowshoes!!!
No Joke I used a white bedsheet as a sort of "snowpile" camo cover to take my WI "Fall" bird in late December. Worked great.
One thing about this kind of weather, I think they kind of forget about lovin a little and go where the food is! Maybe a nice cozy blind with a heater by a field with a lot of "crop residue" would be the ticket.
I'm waiting for D and E this year. Will Probably die of heat stroke during those two seasons.
Good Luck!
Good luck!
I am thinking about setting up on near a corn field that did not get picked or setting up in the hardwoods where there are some acorns and then sitting and waiting. I hope I see spring one of these days.
