I've never reloaded before, but want to start so that I am less dependent on ammo manufacturers. Especially with the lack of availability when it comes to 20ga TSS loads. So, if I wanted to start loading 20 TSS shells, what do I need? Quality tools and equipment are of importance to me. What would be my total start up price be roughly?

You don't need a press to load TSS, all you need is a good roll crimper such as the GAEP and you can use it in a cordless drill or go to Harbor Freight and buy a 60.00 bench model drill press.
Terry, I've got all my receipts, part numbers saved from precision and bpi. Pm your email to me and Monday I'll send them to you. If memory serves about 200 bucks plus the shot and powder.
I have a Lee Load All in 20g, clean, PM sent

I have the same, it is a nice little started unit but I think if I start loading more seriously that I will go to a better unit. I think it is a great rig to find out if it is something you like and I know guys that use it for everything they load. I have only loaded with it for sporting clays a trap a bit.
Sir - I agree with you, Lee Load all - great starter
I personally use an antique roll crimper from eBay $40. No drill press, she'll vice, or roll crimper. And a very good crimp. I have both a 12 and 20.
