I have been looking for a new pair of turkey hunting pants. I've narrowed it down to Nomad and Ol Tom. Which out of the two is more comfortable and breathable?
all I own is Ol' Tom and love it. the new stuff is better than ever
I haven't used any of the Nomad stuff so I won't comment on those. However, I do have the Ol Tom technical turkey pants and shirt. Love them both.
Nomad looks like sturdy stuff but I'll stick with my ol Tom for now

Love my Nomad pants. They're stitched just right for movement. Squat, crawl, sit, run, climb without any pull. The new quarter zip pullover vented shirt I bought this year from them is by far the best hunting garment I currently own. Ive been hunting since the 15th in Alabama wearing the Nomad.
I read a lot of bad about nomad last year. Mostly about the fading after people washed em a few times
I bought a set of the Nomad Greenleaf clothes a few weeks ago when Dicks ran them on sale. My dad purchased a set of obsession clothes from their booth at the NWTF convention. He got a medium pair of pants and they were extremely big on him. I could almost fit into them and Im a 2XL usually. So I ordered the Nomads in XL thinking that they would run a little big. Too my surprise, they were about the same size as the mediums that dad bought. Nomad seems to have some sizing issues so I returned them for a refund.
Bought some of the Drake Nontypical Duralite clothes soon after on clearance and they seem like they will be perfect. Fit and feel great. The Nontypical duralites are suppose to be the same pants as the Ol Tom but without all the pocket features
Never had Nomad but my Ol' Tom is great stuff.
