Anybody ever heard of them? Got a bodock(sp?) slate over glass for Christmas from him and it sounds killer. He's from Starkville ms for you fellow Mississippi boys

Bodock, hedge, and Osage is the same wood. It makes a great pot because it's very dense. I'm not familiar with them. Picture??

I have a video of him running it that he sent me once he finished it. Don't know how to share it on here so if anybody wants to hear it just pm me your number. The more I run it the more I'm really liking it. It sings with the halloran one piece hickory striker I picked up Sunday
He's on Facebook and has several videos of other calls on there that sound pretty good too
I don't know why but I really like the feather at the top of the striker. It's a subtle signature

He has some ceramic videos and stuff on fb that sound good too. I don't know his story but am thinking I'll have to make room for it in my vest. Now the problem is I have hallorans wenge and his new green slate and now the black feather slate that's all 3 fighting for a space in the vest

I alternate mine all the time I can use 10 or more calls in a weekend I keep trying until I get a response.
