I've been thinking about getting on the TSS train using a Mossberg 935 and was curious if any of y'all have tried the ulti full choke with TSS that come with the turkey model. I think it's a 695 and may be for "LEAD ONLY"??
I'm in the same boat. Pretty sure the factory choke is lead only. From what I've been reading our guns will shoot the TSS better with a more open choke .690-.700
I use the factory flush .710 choke. Mine shoots very well with it.
The factory ulti choke is .690 if memory serve me. I tried it and the flush choke was much better.

Got both myself. If pushing 2+ ounces of #9, I agree. If shooting a lighter load (1.75 oz or less), a tighter constriction (ulti-ful or down to .675-ish) produces better patterns in my opinion.
FYI, I'm shooting 2.25 oz load.
Gotcha. The old extended IC .720 choke that was originally designed for waterfowl might be an even better bet for >2oz load. I spoke with IC last summer about a special order. They said they'd be setting those up by early fall and would contact me. Still waiting...
LOL, I called about the same thing a year ago.
