after 2 very frustrating days with close encounters and a couple of misses, one by me and another by my buddy, it finally come together on the third day. I started mimmiicking the hens at daylight , trying to yelp and cut just like they did , making sure i got the last cut or yelp in , drew them into me and brought mr. longbeard in behind them. thats how I got this silent tom.
stats:

21lbs 10oz
1inch and 1inch and an eighth spurs
9 and a quarter inch beard
