Had folks looking for southern pine beetle spots and they bumped a hen off her nest. Eggs had started to hatch. This is in central Mississippi.

Hope they left quick. Not a good time for a hen to be absent!
That is late, at least she renested.I suspect there will be a lot of renesting around my area. Lots of rain this season. Hopefully the hen will be back, she has a lot invested right there.
That's really late, especially that far south.
