Went out Saturday, Sunday and Monday here in my back yard. Didn't hear a peep Saturday or Sunday. Monday morning I brought along my Walker Game Ear. There was what I'll call a brisk wind blowing from the NW. Got out at 6:00am and nothing...Put my game ear in and from the North I thought I heard a gobble out where God left his shoes. Listening and sure enough it's a gobbler far. Then I heard more gobbling and moved in closer to get a better fix on location. Got between two woods which cut the wind down pretty good in a high spot. I had gobblers gobbling to my left about 100 yards and gobblers gobbling to my right 200 yards out.
