Any of y'all ever work a Laminate this way? This one turned out great, but I can see where a softer
Wood in the middle could have ruined me!

Sweet. The only problem I see is that it cranks from the wrong side.

Oh I like making them leftys! I'm RH, but I can turn them Lefty's lid handle up and use my RH then, and it takes the weight of the lid off the soundboard so I have control of how hard or soft I want the lid to rub!
