Title: Good Maryland season
Post by: MDSTRUTNRUT on June 04, 2017, 11:04:44 AM
Pretty good season over here in MD, son in law, son and grand daughter got their 2.   Daughter and I got 1 apiece should had our second but got to hunt till last day.  Some still had hens on last day but that's turkey hunting.   A few pix of the season.

Awesome family photos it looks like you did have a dandy season. It looked like the one gobbler was visiting your garden and another was a fan of international harvester tractors .thanks for sharing

To follow up on some of the pix. That gobbler on the paved driveway, we went elsewhere to start that AM, came by to find him with a hen in the yard   LOL.   Usually they are hundreds of yards behind the house at the woods line but that day OH WELL.    The roosted gobbler stayed there for 2 hours until we had to stand up and leave because my daughter had to go to work, probably gobbled 200 times to add to the INSULT!  11 year old grand daughter has taken 6 longbeards, 1 year old grandson cant wait to get started!
