I was pleasantly surprised to receive this picture today of a gobbler that was shot this morning in Wisconsin by a forum member who purchased a Lil Hussy from me a couple of weeks ago. All I can say, is what a bird! Congrats Chuck. :jackson:

Great bird and great looking call. I'm sure it sounds sweet.
Thanks for posting my picture, Chris! Guys, I spent yesterday evening on the edge of an 80 acre alfalfa field. This bird gobbled one time a couple hundred yards away. I only had 30 minutes until shooting time was up so I grabbed my Lil' Hussy and gave a couple calls. He answered immediately so I got ready. 15 minutes later he showed up in full strut 100 yards away with a buddy. Long story short, he closed to 75 yards before he decided to head to roost which was a 1/4 mile away. I watched him walk the length of the field and fly up to roost. This morning I set up 125 yards away and when he started gobbling I gave him what he liked. He gobbled over 50 times to this little call and walked right in to gun range. He weighed 24.4 pounds, had a 10 1/2" beard, and 1 1/8" spurs. It was a beautiful morning......one I won't soon forget. Thanks again, Chris for the awesome little call. I won't go to the turkey woods without it again.
Thanks Chuck, with a haus like that, you're the man. Congrats again.

Great Bird!
Congrats on that big ol boy! But why does this thread title say "what a house" instead of What a Hoss! :)
I went to Wisconsin last year and there's some big birds up there.
Really nice bird.

The German translation is house, the translation that I was going for is that the bird was a "Bad A**"! That's funny.
