Nice looking knife, I personally use my 6" boning knife. All I need for Ducks, turkeys, antelope, bear, deer, elk, you name it, I use the 6" victorinox boning knife, until I cut my steaks, then I use the 8" victorinox breaking knife. When I cut the beef steaks I use the 12" victorinox butcher knife. Have multiple others, but those are the 3 go too.
