I would say jake by looking at the middle birds tailfan in the second pic.

they are all hens. she is getting aggressive toward that crow... as far as the "jake fan" jenny's have the same fan. and if you take a full fanned bird and hold the fan in that position it will look like it is a jake fan.. so a fan in that position is decieving
