Title: Choke getting fouling in threads?????
Post by: chaz_z71 on April 05, 2017, 01:04:45 PM
So I got a sbe2 and I ordered a sumtoy choke. After about two shots I always notice notice something when pulling s borednalr through it something still in the choke. So when I pull it out there is a lot of fouling towards one side of choke and notice when I pull the choke out there is a lot of fouling debris in the threads. Any one have any ideas.

The debris in the threads doesn't sound normal. Contact William at Sumtoy and ask him about it.

Sounds like the choke didn't seat all the way down. Double check it before you shoot it anymore or you could mess up the threads and the end of the barrel.
