Congrats to the winners and a hard fought game by both squads. Truly a great tournament. My favorite out of all sporting events.
I picked gonzaga but live in NC. Win:win tonight

We definitely saw better basketball throughout the tourney. Not exactly a pretty game. Hard fought for sure.
Tar Heels = 2017 National Champions!!!!!!
That game was disjointed and didn't have much flow. The refs wouldn't let them play. Congratulations to Gonzaga on their impressive run this season.

Used to be a Tarheel fan back in the Dean Smith Days. Now not so much. I just enjoyed watching Duke fall flat on their face. Again. :D

Have literally never intentionally watched a College basketball game in my life, didn't even know it was on. Turkeys on my brain!!!
Crappy game of basketball but hard fought for sure. I love people that watch sports with these talented athletes and wish them to fall flat on their faces lol crackes me up considering these kids work harder than any of us ever have.
Never seen such one officiating as UNC got the last 4 games........almost unbelievable.
It's a game. If was banished tomorrow the world wouldn't suffer one bit. Plenty of people that bust their butt for far more important things and they get zero attention.

Work harder than any of us ever have?
I have worked 27 hours straight. I have worked 120 hour weeks. I have been away from my wife and kids for over a month at a time. I have missed 4 days of scheduled work in 18 years. I bet I am not alone and let's not forget our armed forces members who sacrifice more for an even greater cause. So no I am not impressed by a bunch of kids "working harder than any of us" with a four year scholarship and plenty of perks to play a game for the publics amusement. What the average working American does is far more important in my mind. That matters.

Happy you are spot on regarding military, I've missed Christmas with my kids because I wanted the guys with younger kids to have family time I get it, I'm not arguing you missed the point.
Not the best game I've ever watched but as a lifelong Tarheel I was pleased to say the least. Been a fan since the George Lynch days, he grew up where I live and played high school basketball here as well so it was only natural as a kid to become a fan. Been bleeding Carolina Blue ever since!
