This is probably the first turkey taken with a call made by Scott Hock, he started making calls in 2016, so this is the first season to put them to the test. It is the White Oak Slate over slate pot and I was using a persimmon striker with it. Called one in to about 80 yds around 9 a.m. this morning with it, but he hung up and left the party, I got back on 3 other toms at 12:45 and killed this one at 1:10 this afternoon.

You beat me Yelper...I thought I might be able to be the first with a Scott Hock white oak slate over slate. Darn New Jersey season. It starts too late. Congrats on a great tom with a great call.
