Anyone got any before and after pics of this stuff done on a gun and any opinions on it? I have an "beater" 870 that I hunt with and thought this might be a good inexpensive way to breath a little fresh air into it, ha. Thank you.

Many have said here before they are very good quality. Never tried one because of the tactical stock on my gun but entertain the idea every year. JHoyle's gun looks very nice.
Just did mine. Takes time for sure. Gotta have a heat gun or hair dryer and an exacto knife. Plan on 3hrs. I did my vent rib too.
that looks great shedhunta. I was curious about the shurshot stock but your pic answered my next question.
Awesome wrap job!
I like my wrap, but it does make the gun a little slick.
I did my little 1300 20ga and am really happy with it(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170412/1e9e0c6951afb0bd2141458a9bef9554.jpg)(https://uploads.tapatalk-cdn.com/20170412/1c24fbdd35c3213a3819060022bb4c15.jpg)

Nice work fellas, those gun wrap jobs look great! Does the wrap give off much sheen/reflection in the sunlight?

They are non reflective, that shouldn't be an issue. But they do take time
Wow y'all done a great job on those. Kinda makes me wanna do my old 870 in the original bottomland...
Is the Mossy Oak decal on the buttstock part of the graphic or added? If so is it with every pattern?

They are just stickers that come with it, my girls wanted to help me and I let them put those stickers on at the end. I could care less but that's how they contributed so it will have to stay that way
Ok, I was just wondering but that is a nice touch since they got to add it. :z-flirtysmile3: looks great.
Another option is buying Hunter Specialties No-Mar Vinyl tape. I just did my 887 Nitro Mag with it and though it's not perfect, there's a crease here and there, in my opinion it looks phenomenal. This also comes in quite a few camo patterns. I ordered a few rolls of the Realtree Xtra Green and am very happy with the results.

Wraps look good!
Man I want this done. I know I don't have the patience or time to do this. How did y'all put it on your vent rib?
I have used the No-Mar tape in the past and have never had a rust issue if I remove it as soon as season is over. I used cloth tape once and it rusted barrel badly. Still cringe every time I see that barrel.
Is there enough extra with the kit to camo a gobblestopper scope?

If you're talking about the tape two rolls is plenty for the gun and red dot. A wrap, I doubt there'd be enough extra, shimmings to break pattern, but not complete camo.

Mossyoak camo wraps are available in kits, or by length. You could buy a shotgun kit and some extra linear foot - or just buy a 2' x 4' length for gun, scope, toothbrush, etc!

I'm sure it depends on the gun you do, but with the Lil 20ga I did I think I could have done a gobblestopper with what was left over. You would have to piece it together but should look fine.
