Title: what shells for a 7yr old

need some good shells for my sons rossi 20ga the #6s kick too hard what do you all suggest. trying to find him a good used 870 no luck yet. got to use what i got.

  Try the Federal HW FC 2 3/4" 7's.   Google PHT256F I think.

They are good out to 30 yards from all the testing I did.  They are NOT a 40 yard shell.
