I have a couple of the DSD hen decoys and was thinking of adding a tom or jake any thoughts?

I have had better luck with a jake.They like to come up and whup on em!

I don't have a jake decoy, but I have had great luck with Strutters.

I have a Jake and have seen it work and also seen gobblers look at it and keep going. I am going to get a strutter as well.

I have always used the jake in my decoy setup. Just got the Breeding Pair from DSD for my birthday and I'm excited about using them. Good luck everyone! :z-guntootsmiley:

I vote jake. unless he's a boss he probably won't mess with a strange strutter

I think most will say jake but I swear by my strutter deke. He is deadly. Most of the ones that have seen it come right on in to have a talk with ol' Jonathan the strutter.

I have had success with both. I got a dsd jack and upright this season and have killed two birds with it.
