I myself use Winchester Longbeards. But most turkeys I have had a chance to kill have been inside of 30 yards.
Most of mine are shot at under 20yds. I like H-13#7s....up close or 40yds they work well for me.
Usually H13 3-2-6s and 3-2-7s.
2.5oz of TSS #9s
Mag Blends in one of my guns...until I shoot them all.
2oz of 8-1/2 TSS in my new gun. I don't see myself shooting anything other than TSS in my future. I get twice the pellet count on target and it's extended my comfortable/effective range by at least 15 yards.
Hevi13 3" 2oz #7's from my 12
Hevi13 3" 1.25oz #6's occasionally - 20 gauge
Federal HW #7 3" 1.5oz main 20 gauge load
Federal Heavyweight #7's, 20 ga...
Hevi shot 3-2-6s been a great load most of my birds are killed inside 30 yards
TSS 9s
Starting shooting Nitros this year. I don't see me changing any time soon unless I start loading tss.
Federal HW 7 , 20 gauge
LB #4 LB & #6considering hevi #7 to try out since so many on this forum like them. Will need a new choke since they don't pattern well out of my kicks.
Federal Heviweight 3-1.5-7's in my 20 ga.
Federal HW #7's in the 20 ga's, and 3.5" Longbeard #4s and 5's in the 12 ga
20ga

long beards 3'' 5s or 6s
I like a plain lead shotshell without all that copper/nickel wash. I shoot the Strut Shoks by Federal in #6 shot.
Depends on the gun I'm carrying on any given day and the terrain I intend to hunt that day.
I run H13 in 3.5 Inch in 1-3/4 oz and 2-1/4 oz in both 5s and 6s. 5 boxes left.
This year I will be trying longbeards in 3.5 2oz 5s as well as 3 inch 1-3/4 oz in both 5s and 6s. I've been running h13 exclusively for about 5 years now but just for fun and variety as well as a cheaper alternative I wanted to give the longbeards a try so far my testing in two shotguns is looking very promising. I don't intend to shoot h13 this upcoming season at all to see how it goes. I don't think I'm really going to notice much of a difference except maybe in the wallet.
Some places I hunt later in the season are very thick and shots in these areas will most always be inside
30 yards or less in these situations I chose a straight traditional lead load either old federal premiums in 3-2-5s only 3 shells left and there done ,going to miss that shell or Winchester double x in 3x2x5s as well in 3 inch.
I run 4 dedicated turkey rigs and have patterned each one with these loads so I choose the loads that gave me the best results with each setup.
Just got a new 20ga turkey specific rig, so I got everything to load my own tss, just loaded the first 6 to test shoot with.
If your thinking of trying it, go for it. Very simple and I enjoyed the process and know all my loads are identical!!!
I think this year I'm going to try Hevishot magblends in 3in. I have a couple friends that swear by it.

10 ga - Nitro 6x7 followed up by mag blends
12 ga 3.5" fed hw 7
